Why Isn't Manual Resync Available?
Automatic Syncs: Basis already takes care of syncing all your integrations daily which is typically much faster than the weekly or monthly syncs from an offline workflow.
Resource Intensive: Keeping everything in sync is a bit like a juggling act – it takes a lot of resources. That's why a manual resync option isn't supported yet and we endeavor to keep your costs low.
But There's Good News on the Horizon!
We've heard the requests for a manual resync feature loud and clear.
It's exciting to share that this feature is on our roadmap. We're working on bringing you the ability to trigger a resync of your integrations whenever you need it.
